All title holders must:
Live, work, or attend school in the District of Columbia.
Be born Female
Compete in the state pageant in 2026 and the national pageant in August 2027

A confident and poised teen who is willing to share her unique abilities and beauty with the world! Whether it's your first time in a pageant or you have experience, all of the next Ms. Black District of Columbia title holders should be great representations of their cities and ready to represent the state at nationals.
Miss Black District of Columbia USA
(Age 19-27)
A Woman with Goals and a Plan! The next Miss Black District of Columbia USA should be on a mission & ready to move fiercely when she heads to nationals. All title holders should be exciting and open to this royal experience of pageantry.
